SUMMARY OF POSITION The Role:
We are looking for a Manager, Paid Search to work with R2i's amazing roster of SEM clients to focus on developing and optimizing our clients paid search accounts as part of larger media and marketing engagements.
This position plays a key role in driving the strategic development and growth of for our clients paid search campaigns through thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration.

Who Are You:
A rock star with at least 5
year of hands-on experience in paid search managing large client budgets and a team.
You have an experienced portfolio and love to craft paid search strategies to help clients meet their campaign goals through thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration.
You are able to dive into accounts and find opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI via ongoing optimization and can clearly communicate those optimizations and results to a broad audience.
You are passionate about paid search and love finding new and innovative ways to leverage bid strategies, targeting tactics, keyword research, and ad copy testing, all to drive a greater ROI for clients and helping them meet their marketing and business goals PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage and create end-to-end PPC programs and seek new areas of opportunity through keyword analysis, campaign strategy, ad copy development, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams including media specialists to plan, implement, and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives Ability to manage a team of paid search planners and work companionably with project managers and clients.
Ensure campaigns utilize best PPC/Paid Search guidelines Proactively manage relationships with search engines (Google Ads & Bing) Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance Develop client reporting on search activities and performance Actively participate in client meetings, including presentations of strategies to clients and prospects REQUIREMENTS:

years of experience in paid search; agency experience a must Advance knowledge of SEM Certification in Google AdWords and Google Analytics Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, cost-per-lead, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a geographically distributed team High level attention to detail Strong client and team leadership qualities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Client-facing experience and comfort presenting and communicating with executive levels R2i is an independent, full-service digital marketing agency with offices in Baltimore, Seattle, St.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
